Marquita Ell is a board certified holistic health coach & herbalist, with an online practice in St. Louis, Mo specializing in lifestyle medicine, emotional fitness & weight loss for women.



Since 2006, she's been on a mission to heal. What started on the workout floors of Gold's Gym as a NESTA certified master trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach has expanded into her own private practice with the launch of Ell's Wellness LLC in 2018. Beginning in 2019 Coach Ell became a certified herbalist through Bitter Herb Academy, a graduate of Legacy Holistic Health Institute in 2020 w/ 2021 Hall of Fame Induction, board certified in 2021 through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches and its collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners and certified as a corporate wellness coach through the Spencer Institute in 2023. 


With accompanying bachelor's and master's degrees in Communications, what sets her apart from other health coaches is her unique approach to healing. Communication is her wild card; developing the necessary tools for clients to release burnout, overcome impostor syndrome, improve on the job performance, boost emotional resilience and enhance physical well-being.  Coach Ell is teaching her clients how to slow down, reconnect with their health and THRIVE in every aspect of career and life.


Outside of her professional titles, she considers wife, bonus mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to be her most valued roles of all. Coach Ell has also recently picked up a new hobby; playing the ukulele.

    I was also able to incorporate a few consistent habits that kept me on track even when life got hectic. Working with you taught me that daily 20 minute walks can make all the difference. Focusing on what I should have more of is much more sustainable than emphasizing what to avoid.
